About two years ago Judi began feeling pain and numbness in her hands. It turned out to be a severe case of carpal tunnel syndrome. “It was a condition that was making me wake up in the middle of the night,” Judi explains. “It was really impacting my ability to do this or any other office job.”
Wow, it’s already September! For some, it’s back to school time. For us, it’s back to Seattle time.
The TOM:Calgary Makeathon was a resounding success! There were many great projects designed to help create access.
Jack is a visual effects artist. With his hearing impairment, it was difficult for Jack to receive feedback on his work — an important part of the process in the production of visual effects. He was worried that it would be a barrier to moving up in his career.
