Lex, who uses they/them pronouns, has hypermobility disorder and ADHD. When they first joined our Empower3D program, their goals were to learn how to properly write a cover letter, revamp their resume, and explore career options that aligned with their interests.
Growing up on a farm, Brad initially parlayed the skills he learned fixing the tractor into work as a mechanic. It didn’t last long.
On Wednesday, Kylah Maher, Junior Case Manager for our Empower3D program, had the opportunity to attend the 2025 Powwow hosted by Chief Harold Sappier Memorial Elementary School (CHSMES) in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
McRae has a lot of stories to tell with all the jobs he’s done over the years. He’s done logging, he’s worked in the trades, he’s been a chef, and worn many different hats on a wide variety of projects. But somewhere along the way, he found his passion was for teaching.
