While the New Orleans Makers Making Change chapter is only a few months old, they’ve made tremendous progress on their first big project — the Portable Adaptive Toilet, or as they call it, the ‘One-to-Geaux.’
Thanks to our partners at the New Brunswick Premier’s Council on Disabilities and National AccessAbility Week, Makers Making Change held a number successful builds in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
Bliss Carman Middle School’s Grade 6 science classes will be making Light Touch and Raindrop switches during their class as part of learning about technology.
Neil Squire and Makers Making Change are excited to partner with New Brunswick’s Premier’s Council on Disabilities for a virtual event where participants will build adaptive switches in celebration of International Day for Persons with Disabilities!
