On May 3rd, Prairie Regional Manager Nikki Langdon took part in a group panel presenting on the findings on Accessibility in the Regina Public Library system at the Saskatchewan Library Association annual conference, along with Regina Public Library branch manager Mark Black and Outreach Services Librarian Patti-Lynne McLeod.
Neil Squire Assistive Technology Specialists and staff members from across Canada attended ATIA 2024 this year to soak up all they could about AT.
With Microsoft Edge all the accessibility features are built-in and ready to be toggled with no downloads or searching required. Of course, that means that Edge is less customizable than Chrome, but for the vast majority of users, Edge’s built in features are more than adequate.
The West Park Healthcare Centre in Toronto is one of seven GAME Checkpoints, a network of partner organizations led by Neil Squire’s Makers Making Change program that help people with disabilities access adaptive gaming.
