To kick off #HackingForTheHolidays 2023 (new window), we partnered with HSBC Bank Canada to host a build event on September 18^th. HSBC Bank Canada employees from Toronto and Vancouver volunteered their time to adapt 35 toys that will be donated to local hospitals and kids with disabilities.

“It was wonderful to engage employees across Toronto and Vancouver with Neil Squire’s impactful work to adapt toys for children with disabilities for this holiday season,” says Kim Hallwood, Head of Corporate Sustainability, HSBC Bank Canada. “We are proud of our partnership with Neil Squire Society and are huge champions of their work to empower people with disabilities with employability skills so they are equipped for the future.”
