October 1, 2022 @ 6:30 pm - 7:55 pm EDT

Makers Making Change are pleased to be participating in the What’s Now, What’s Next 2022 conference hosted and facilitated by Women in Engineering at University of Waterloo.
Join our workshop as part of the What’s Now stream and learn about Assistive Technology, the work of the Neil Squire Society and the Makers Making Change program. Build an assistive switch. Switches will be donated to local community groups in need of accessible assistive devices.
Full build kits, tools and step by step instructions will be supplied to participants.
(this is a privately organized event and part of Hydro One’s Women in Engineering Consortium, open to women and non-binary students from: University of Waterloo, Western University, Toronto Metropolitan and Ontario Tech University.)
