Join us as we celebrate the United Nations International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) (new window) on Saturday, December 1st, 2018 from 5 – 7.30 PM at The Ukrainian Community Centre in Richmond.

It’s a day of acknowledgment of how far we’ve come and how much we have yet to change for people with disabilities. It’s a pivotal day to celebrate inclusion and acknowledge the many organizations who support people with disabilities in various ways.

If we can normalize inclusion around the world, people with disabilities will no longer be “different” – just differently-abled.
