Join the North and West Vancouver School Districts, Community Living BC and Ministry of Children and Family Development for an evening of discussion and transition-related resources for youth and families. Note: the event is targeted to families with children ages 12 and up.

In addition to sharing information about inclusive resources, community connections and continuing supports for diverse learners, youth and families will get a chance to experience the Snoezelen Van.
