Makers Making Change and The TELUS World of Science – Edmonton are excited to partner and host a series of 14 summer events where youth can learn more about assistive technology and devices. Students will learn about accessible gaming, how to solder, and build working, needed devices for the community and learn more about the world of assistive technology.

Our sessions with the Gadgets and Gizmos Camps will focus on learning new skills such as soldering and wiring switches to create an adaptive switch. These Adaptive switches will be donated to local rehabilitation hospitals and organizations that focus on helping individuals with disabilities.
