B.C.’s RésoSanté and the Victoria Francophone Society invites you to a free event open to all that is taking place on Saturday, February 15 2025 at Victoria’s Victor-Brodeur School

An experience for all ages

In a friendly and warm environment, take advantage of this day to explore local resources, discover a variety of activities and adopt healthy habits for the whole family.

On the program:

For younger children:

• Musical and psychomotor awareness workshops to stimulate their creativity and development

For teens and adults:

• Interactive workshops on health.
• Yoga, Zumba, basketball sessions and more.
• Conferences led by experts, in partnership with our healthcare professionals.

For the more motivated:

• Sporting and cognitive challenges to test your limits all while having fun.
