DigiBC — Neil Squire Info Session: Disability as Part of Diversity

This presentation from Chad Leaman (Director of Innovation, Neil Squire Society) will highlight how the job developer, assistive tech specialist and employer can work together to simplify the road to accommodation for someone with a disability, as well as show how easy the process is with the needed supports in place. Chad will also go over the different programs that Neil Squire offers which includes:
- Helping identify quality talent that are people with disabilities
- Funding and support to help accommodate employees
- Team building events with making assistive devices using 3D printing & electronics
