All of our employment staff in British Columbia will be attending a special three day course on June 26th, 27th, and 28th with the BC Career Development Association (new window) so they can secure their Certified Career Development Practitioner certification (new window).

The certification “raises the bar” for professionalism in the field, demonstrating to employers and funders, to policy makers and the public that our work is grounded in excellence. It puts into practice the competency standards and ethical guidelines established through the Canadian Standards & Guidelines for Career Development Practitioners (new window), defines our scope of practice, fosters quality, and ensures accountability.
