BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwire – May 12, 2009) – The Neil Squire Society has appointed two new members to its Board of Directors: Rob Attwell, an independent consultant and an expert in financial modeling and commercialization, and Harry Monk, retired, former Manager of the BC/Yukon Regional Office of the Canadian Human Rights Commission.
The Ontario Trillium Foundation has granted $45,000 over two years to maintain and expand the Employ-Ability program in Pembroke, Ontario, targeting in particular individuals from the aboriginal communities living in Renfrew County.
On Monday, March 30th, four high school students from Burnaby Central toured the Neil Squire Society and conducted an interview as part of a project for the Toskan Casale Foundation’s Youth and Philanthropy Initiative.
