The Creative Employment Options (new window) program is dedicated to helping participants develop the skills necessary to achieve their employment goals. Our partnerships with community employers have proven to be highly beneficial for both our participants and the employers involved.

For the past three years, the Pine Cone Motel and Trailer Park in Penobsquis, New Brunswick has been a great partner for our Creative Employment Options program, providing invaluable opportunities for our participants to gain practical experience.

George, their maintenance man, mentors participants, teaching them essential skills for maintaining a campground. Additionally, the on-site canteen offers hands-on experience in customer service and cash register operations.

Lori, the office manager (pictured with Creative Employment Options participant, Austin), plays a crucial role in ensuring that participants not only develop their skills but also receive the support and recognition they deserve. Her empathy and dedication help create a positive and inclusive work environment.
