Camrose Public Library Spring Adult Event
March 22, 2024 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm MDT

Makers Making Change is once again working with the Camrose Public Library to support STEM education through an assistive technology lens. This workshop will allow adults a chance to learn soldering skills and to build a device that helps to enable gaming on your computer or phone.
Participants will get to make a Forest Hub, an advanced switch that can be used instead of a computer mouse – assistive technology at work! These Forest Hubs will then be given to people who need them, making this a great opportunity to learn and give.
In partnership with the Makers Making Change program of Neil Squire, this event is open to registrants through the Camrose Public Library. Please register by contacting cpltechhelp@prl.ab.ca or by calling 780-672-4214
